2014 Date to be confirmed, Martinborough,
11:30 – 6:00pm

Well the first Brewday went extremely well. Thank you to all those that joined us for the inaugural day! We will be holding Brewday again in a similar format so keep an eye out for next years date!

Come and join us for a day relaxing in a rural setting in Martinborough at 61 Kitchener Street. One paddock with many amazing craft beers and ciders to try all brewed in the Greater Wellington region. Over 13 breweries will be showcasing their wares. Along with all the well known breweries like Tuatara, Garage Project, Parrot Dog, Yeastie Boys, Peak Brewery, there will be many new breweries showcasing their cool brews including a new Martinborough Brewery, so a lot of product not yet available to the public! Check out the Brewers page to see who’ll be there.

Not so into beer there will be Crooked ciders, Zumwohl schnapps, WildFern liqueurs, HardieBoys alcoholic gingerbeer and lemonade. Delicious!

Matched with the great brews will be a large range of amazing food, check out our foodie page to see who’ll be there. There will also be a mixture of awesome local bands starting out with the Pelorus Trust Wellington Brass Band to get you into a beerfest mood, followed by Mr Groove right through to the awesome covers band ‘The Noodles’.

Starting at 11:30am, your ticket gets you access to the Festival and the full days entertainment from local bands as well as the ability to purchase 75mL tastes or 225mL glasses full of your favourite beverages. Take your glass home as a souvenir of your great day out. Bring along a picnic rug and relax in this tranquil setting.

There will also be free seminars running during the day from Craft Beer College and others as well as the special seminar tasting events with Kieran Haslett-Moore where you will taste with him various beer and cheese or beer and chocolate matches. Both fantastic educational seminars. The programme is confirmed so check out the times and get yourself along to some.

Stay for the weekend or just join us for the day. Sadly the arranged transport option tickets have finished as of Friday morning so they can ensure they have staff and buses to get you there safely. However, check out our accommodation page and come and have a great weekend in Martinborough.

We look forward to seeing you for the inaugural event!
