Sawmill is an independent, New Zealand owned brewery run by a small and talented team. For 16 years we have been brewing fresh high-quality beers using New Zealand rainwater collected on-site, New Zealand grown hops and New Zealand grown malted barley.

There is a strong focus on the environmental impact of the business and Sawmill is New Zealand's first B-Corporation certified brewery.
