Ruapehu Brewing Co. is an independent brewery based in

Ohakune, Ruapehu, Aotearoa.

Established in 2017, Ruapehu Brewing Co. started brewing in the small heritage railway station building in Ohakune's junction area. this was the districts first brewery. our humble space was tiny, but our tetris game was strong and we managed to push out lots of beer to our local community. 

 

With the local community behind us drinking all we could produce Ruapehu Brewing Co. was soon looking for a new space to expand.

Fast forward to the present day we have joined forces with our mates big mountain mead and built a purpose built brewery & meadery in the heart of ohakune. our facility houses a new 20hl brewhouse, fermenters and packaging line, plus an off license for your rigger fills.

In the future, look out for an exciting taproom build in the heart of Ohakune.
